What age are your clients?
I work with clients 20 years of age and above.
What types of problems do you work with?
I work with individuals who struggle with issues of esteem, anxiety & dysfunctional family patterns, with a specialty in relationship therapy and couples work.
Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions?
I do. I understand the distinct experiences of cultural expectations. Understanding that cultures inherit their consciousness through generations enables me to stay within the framework of what clients need and is best for them.
How long does therapy take before I see results?
Progress differs from person to person, dependent upon the processing of new information in sessions. Time will inform how much integration has taken place and the changes implemented. Hence, ending therapy may be solely your decision or a collaborative one.
What are the risks and benefits of doing therapy?
Risks can include worsened moods as you wade through experiences before integrating and balancing emotionally. Benefits can include behaviors aligning with core values, eventually feeling emotional balance, lightness, and ease.
Additionally, what you might consider a risk (loss) and a benefit (gain) include the changes you make due to your growth. Those changes could include breaking up with a partner who doesn’t ‘fit’ anymore or falling out with a friend who continually disrespects you.

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
If you resonate with what you need here, it’s a start. After our initial complimentary consultation, you’ll get a better idea if you wish to move forward with sessions or not.
What is coaching vs. therapy?
Coaching is more directional, instructional, and goal- and results-based. Skills are implemented and practiced to build momentum and lasting observable change.
Therapy is a space to explore thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a safe, confidential setting. Gently inquiry is provided where insight can grow, feelings can be felt and new approaches implemented.
